2008 On-Site Camping/Vehicle Lottery
The lottery for on-site camping and vehicle passes is now closed. We will be processing all lottery entries shortly. Good luck to everyone who entered. All other RockyGrass tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, December 5 at 8am MST.
The demand for the limited number of camping and vehicle spaces in the on-site campground continues to grow each year. In an effort to make this process as fair and simple for everyone as possible, we will again be using an online lottery system for these on-site passes this year. We hope these rules will afford everyone an equal chance; without the hassle of spending an entire morning playing the "telephone lottery."

Lottery Rules
- The lottery may only be entered using the secure online form. (The lottery is now closed.)
- We will accept lottery entries from November 12 thru November 25 at 11:59pm MST.
- You may order up to four (4) on-site camping passes ($155 per person). Please note: camping is sold per person not per site; and children 12 and under are free with a paying adult - they do not need an on-site camping pass.
- You may order one (1) on-site vehicle pass ($80 per vehicle). Reminder: on-site vehicles can be no longer than 21 feet. No on-site RV passes will be sold.
- You may only enter one (1) lottery form per person and 2 (two) entries per household. Any additional entries will be deleted.
- You may elect to either have your tickets emailed to you as a barcode ticket or held at will-call at the festival box office.
- You may elect to pay for your tickets with either a credit card or check. If paying by check, your check must be mailed to us by the lottery closing date of November 25.
- If your check bounces or your credit card payment is rejected, your order will be immediately disqualified.
- You will only be charged if we are able to fill your order.
Starting on November 26, we will begin randomly selecting entries from all lottery entries, filling each order as space remains available. Your credit card / check will only be deposited if we are able to fill your order. Otherwise, we will destroy your credit card number or check.
You will receive an email from us by the end of the day on Friday, November 30, updating you on the status of your order - whether we were able to fill your order or not. Please make sure that our email address - [email protected] - does not get mistaken for spam. This will give you several days to decide whether you need to purchase additional tickets when all tickets go on sale the following week.
If we are able to fulfill all lottery entries and we have other on-site camping / parking tickets to sell, those will be made available on the general on-sale date (to be announced shortly).
